The Trust Tairāwhiti Eastland Rescue Helicopter was dispatched by the Rescue Co-ordination Centre to a beacon activation in Tiniroto. Our crew located a patient who had suffered traumatic injuries falling from a horse. They were stabilised by our Critical Care Flight Paramedic and transported to Gisborne Hospital.
