In response to a medical event, the Trust Tairāwhiti Eastland Rescue Helicopter flew to Hastings where our on-board critical care flight paramedic assessed and treated the patient, who was flown in a serious condition to Dannevirke for handover to the rescue helicopter crew dispatched to complete the transfer to Wellington.
