After the Trust Tairāwhiti Eastland Rescue Helicopter was called for a trauma to Minginui – in the Whakatane district – our onboard Critical Care Flight Paramedic assessed and treated the patient who was flown in a stable condition to Waikato Hospital. Thanks to the nurse on scene who initially assessed the patient and kept everyone calm and informed of our arrival.
